At Tata Simply Better, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our plant-based products; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect deliveries. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a resolution.
Return Process

Upon delivery, please immediately check your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or incorrect item fulfillment.

Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label as evidence to support your return or refund claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the captured photos to notify us of the discrepancy.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once validated, we will process a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
